The two levels of dining feature an arch-shaped window facing the river through an elongated architectural perspective. The concept and refurbishment follow the contemporary design evolution of the hotel. The custom-made lighting reflects the atmosphere of a 50's motion picture and was designed to provide intimacy, while focusing on the centre of the table and its décor, without obscuring the view of the other guests.
