Michel Witmer is an art historian, fine art consultant and lecturer.
Background:
From a family of serious collectors, Witmer attended art auctions at an early age, learned about collecting and attended the finest schools in both Europe and America, including Christie's of London. He has lectured at the world's leading museums, including the Louvre and Musee d'Orsay in Paris, Tate and National Gallery in London, the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam and the Accademia in Venice.
